Returns & Exchanges

At Big Z Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the custom nature of cut-to-order textiles, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for uncut and unwashed fabrics only.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the fabric to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the fabric to confirm it hasn't been cut or altered, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
